Informed by concepts like the mechanical man of the Futurism in the early 1910s, hyperreality in the 1973 J.G. Ballard’s novel Crash and passing through the lens of David Cronenberg, this work is a journey through the fusion of esh and metal, man and machine, organic and mechanical.
From two separate entities in a car accident to a united form after a noisy surgery this project documents what happened, both on paper and with augmented reality, fusing analog and digital.
